BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice as a courtesy to both our stylists and our clients. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the original service. Should you not show at your scheduled appointment the full 100% of the service will be charged.

Cancellations made via social media within 24 hours will not be accepted, so please call us 030 4396 2926 or email at hi.sakaihairberlin@gmail.com.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings. Since we are a small business, we don’t want to miss out on providing services to other clients, as we cannot quickly fill in time slots that just opened up due to no-shows or same-day cancellations.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

If you know that you are running late, please notify us immediately. We always try our best to be understanding and as accommodating as possible. However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Punctuality is crucial as it affects the schedules of both our clients and our stylists. We must adhere to our allotted time slots in order to maintain the quality of our services and accommodate all appointments.

Please note that the prices of our services are subject to change and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and style. If there is a significant price change, your stylist will provide you with an estimate during consultation.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

At S A K A I, we take pride in providing you the best quality hair design from our highly-trained stylists. It’s important for us to do thorough consultations prior to your service to ensure you leave the salon fully satisfied.

However, if you are unhappy with the end result, we will gladly redo your hair at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 days of your last appointment and does not apply to a complete change of style.
